The founding team of ATOM Multimedia came together with the goal of blending a diverse background of professional and personal experience. ATOM leaders bring years of diverse knowledge and a history of success. The ATOM management team blends professional experience across multimedia education for organizations, business, and for the graduating students across the globe. Our team intends to bring the best practices from these many sectors to accomplish our ambitious goals and our mission.
R. Krishna Pradeep, Founder and Chairman
Krishna Pradeep has a bachelor’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science. He also has many years of experience implementing and supporting programs that use the arts to extend and enhance core multimedia development programs. Equipped with technical expertise, excellent domain knowledge and extensive cross-functional experience, Pradeep nurture interactive relationships with staffs & students. His responsibilities are to undertake and promote education, research, training and development in the field of multimedia and human resources.
L. Raj Krishna, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman
Raj Krishna has been a coordinator & educator for 8 years, working in school districts at school sites, including 3 years as a site administrator and several years as a senior office administrator. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication and a Master’s degree in Computer Application. Raj Krishna brings with him a wealth of experience and a long standing commitment to educate students with a vast domain expertise. His responsibilities include promote and undertake the BPO operations of ATOM BPO Services and personnel management.
K.N. Karthikeya Raja, Chief Executive Officer
Karthik holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His areas of expertise include, business planning, organization building, managing growth in a start up environment, branding and business development. Karthik has proven ability to lead effective teams, ability to multi-task effectively with excellent communication, presentation and people skills.
